Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance — we do not accept walk-ins.
• Bookings can be made via Facebook, Instagram, phone, text, or online booking.
• New clients are required to arrive 10 minutes early for a consultation.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at our discretion.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service via bank transfer or cash.
• All payments are non-refundable for completed services.
• Please note: Prices may vary for services that exceed standard natural nail length or complexity, at the technician's discretion.

Service Guarantee & Hygiene

• We follow strict hygiene protocols. All tools are thoroughly disinfected between clients to ensure your safety.
• If you have a nail infection, open wounds, or contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee.
• No-shows may be banned from future bookings.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment in advance for future appointments.

Nail Care & Maintenance

• We provide a 7-day guarantee on our services. If you experience issues with your nails within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us for a repair.
• Repairs beyond 7 days or damage caused by improper care will incur standard service charges.
• To maintain your nails, avoid excessive exposure to water and harsh chemicals, and use cuticle oil regularly.
